Recipe of the Week - Easy Homemade Poultry Seasoning


Homemade Poultry Seasoning

A good homemade poultry seasoning is perfect for roast chicken, turkey, stuffing, homemade gravy and even roasted vegetables. Simply mix everything and store in an airtight jar.

Ingredients

3 tbsp dried sage
2 tbsp dried thyme
2 tbsp dried marjoram
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1 tsp celery seed powder (optional)
1 tsp ground nutmeg

Method

Mix everything thoroughly and store in an airtight jar. Best used within 6 months.

Makes approx 9 tbsp
