Note: I recommend using whole ingredients when and where you can for the above seasonings as these will impart the best flavours to your finished seasoning. However, if you don't have them, you can always use pre-ground powders and simply reduce the amount the recipe requires by half.

For example, if it says 4 tablespoons of whole coriander seeds, you would use 2 tablespoons of pre-ground coriander. And you would reduce any others you don't have whole by half as well.
